Fender’s ‘Modern Player’ Series have been sneaking in without much fan-fare for 10 years or so. Yes they are made in China… Crafted that is. And yes, they aren’t as good as American or Mexican made Fenders. And of course everyone has an opinion so we’ll spare ya that. Just got say though, this Fender Modern Player Marauder is freaking cool. Reissued and rare, offset body Fender model from the 60s that didn’t get much attention back in the dizzle. Brought back to life to mess with our heads. Jazzmaster style single coil in the neck position and a triple-bucker bridge. Wild….
