Hitting the floor this weekend is this MS-1 monosynth / keytar from Behringer. Based on the early/mid 80s Roland SH-101 which has it’s cult followers for it’s sounds and it’s legacy of artists that embraced it during the 90s. Apex Twin, Orbital, Prodigy, Future Sound of London, etc.This synth has an attachment for your left hand and can be worn with a strap. Kablam! It a Keytar! Do you know how awesome it is to wield a keytar? Maybe you should look into it. Very impowering.Say what you want about Behringer’s strait to the jugular approach to ‘tributes’ and aka ‘reissues’ of old favorites. It doesn’t look like they’re going to let up soon.
