Roland’s RE-201 Space Echo is still a staple piece of gear for recording studios. They’ve been loved for their warm ambience, rhythmic echos and self-oscillating psychedelia since their inception in the early 1970s. This year BOSS introduced their RE-2, a Space Echo pedal in a compact, single pedal format. Along side it they released the RE-202 with a 3-button format and tons more features.
